At Forte Series, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your grooming essentials. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging. Please ensure products are lightly used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
